Expo zone bookings calendar opening soon for the 2022 edition
NEW DATES IN SEPTEMBER WELL RECEIVED BY EXHIBITING BRANDS
The price per m2 is still one of the most competitive on the market and the expo zone will be larger. The organisers have also organised a booking calendar that benefits brands that took part in the 2021 edition
Sea Otter Europe returns to Girona-Costa Brava from 23 to 25 September 2022. The new dates, which were announced a week ago, have been well received by exhibiting brands. The organisers are now working on selling expo zone space and the booking process.
For the next edition there will be a slight modification in the price per m2, a wider range of optional services (more services related to communication as well as logistics, and extra services for the Demobike platform, which is expected to be a very popular activity).
In addition, as a new feature for 2022, the festival is offering a communication promotion pack which allows exhibiting brands – up to a limited number – to make their activations visible through the festival’s different channels, including its social media. The pack is a great opportunity to give coverage and visibility to the different activities that take place during the festival.
Finally, another fantastic new feature is the merging of the pink and orange zones (former zones B and C) with a new Premium space for bicycle test brands, next to a new main entrance with a direct link to the centre of Girona. The space will be enhanced with new test circuits for MTB and e-bikes as well as cycling displays.

The organisers have organised a booking calendar that benefits the brands that participated in the 2021 edition. As occurs every year, there will be two booking windows. The first, for confirmed brands (festival sponsors and those that attended the 2021 edition) and a second window for new brands.

Booking a space will continue to be done through the MapDynamics platform (in the exhibitors area of the website) for fast, intuitive and straightforward booking.
The platform allows you to complete the purchase process in just three minutes (view the map > choose a space > make the purchase > receive the invoice). Payment must be made immediately and online via the Stripe platform.
Interest from new brands to participate in the BikeShow
The festival’s promotional campaign has paid off, establishing the event in the European cycling industry. For this reason, many new brands are already looking into adding the festival to their commercial and promotional calendars for next season.
The festival reaffirms its need to expand in terms of physical space, not only to accommodate major absentees from the 2021 edition, but also to provide space for the 150 brands that participated in 2021, in addition to new brands that have already informed the organisers of their desire to join the Sea Otter Europe experience.
