For the organization the highest priority in these exceptional circumstances generated by the Covid-19, are the health and safety of visitors, exhibitors and staff of the team.
Following up on this situation with the local authorities, it was decided to postpone the event in order to set new dates that won’t compromise our Sea Otter people
New dates for Sea Otter Europe are set the 25-26-27 of September 2020
The payment/refund policy depends on on whether you are exhibiting or participating in a sports event. In order to know all the information, fill out the form and choose the corresponding subject. We will answer you as soon as possible!
Once the 2020 edition is celebrated, we will start with the 2021 campaign, and we will announce the new dates through all the media and channels linked to the festival

NOTIFICATION OF NEW DATES FOR SEA OTTER EUROPE 2020
If the brand decides to EXHIBIT on the new dates of September:
- Exhibitors who have already paid the first 50%
- The second deadline to pay the full amount will be 21 July 2020
- Exhibitors who have made the 100% payment
- Needless to add any step. Everything is okey
If the brand decides not to exhibit on the new dates of September:
- Exhibitors who have already paid the first 50%
- A 25% refund will be made***
- Or you can leave on account of the next edition 2021
- Exhibitors who have made the 100% payment
- A 75% refund will be made***
- Or you can roll over the payment for the next edition 2021

If the participant decides to PARTICIPATE in the new September dates:
1.- The registration is automatically transferred to the new date,
If the participant decides NOT TO PARTICIPATE in the new September dates:
1.- According to the cancellation policy, the refund will be 80% of the amount. Such a refund request or the roll over of the registration for 2021 must be done before 31/5/2020 (date included),
2.- Or you can roll over the payment for the 2021 edition,
